Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.4.11.1.1 - Write freely about topics of choice on national issues and issues from different learning areas.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Select a topic of their choice that addresses a national issue or an issue from a different learning area.
- Brainstorm and generate at least five ideas related to their chosen topic.
- Organise their ideas into a logical sequence and write a first draft of at least one paragraph.
- Revise their first draft for clarity, coherence and grammatical accuracy.
- Peer edit a classmate’s work and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
