Indicator: B6.2.7.2.1 - Respond to a text with reason, simple judgment and personal interpretations

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Read a short text and identify factual information from it.
  2. Create a mental image of the events or setting described in the text.
  3. Respond to questions that require them to find implied meaning and make simple judgments.
  4. Give a personal interpretation of a text and support it with a reason drawn from the text or their own experience.
  5. Discuss a text with classmates, sharing opinions and listening to the views of others in a respectful way.
