Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.6.7.1.7 - Demonstrate some e-mail tips.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State at least four e-mail tips for writing and managing messages professionally.
- Demonstrate why writing an e-mail in capital letters is considered rude and how to write in proper case.
- Check the extension of a file before downloading an attachment to avoid harmful files.
- Write a clear and short subject line that summarises the content of an e-mail.
- Apply at least three e-mail tips when writing a sample message on paper or on a device.
