By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Explain what a file attachment is and give at least two examples of files that can be attached to an e-mail.
Identify the attachment icon or button in an e-mail composition window.
Demonstrate, step by step, how to attach a file to a new e-mail message.
Demonstrate how to attach a file to a reply or forwarded message.
State at least one precaution to take when opening or sending attachments.
