Indicator: B6.6.7.1.3 - Demonstrate how to delete messages.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Explain why it is important to delete unwanted email messages from an inbox.
  2. Identify and describe the Delete button or Trash icon in an email interface.
  3. Demonstrate the steps to delete a single email message and multiple email messages.
  4. Demonstrate how to empty the Trash or Deleted Items folder.
  5. Explain the difference between deleting a message and permanently removing it from the Trash folder.
