Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.6.5.1.1 - Demonstrate the types and uses of form elements.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least four different form elements (textbox, checkbox, radio button, dropdown list) when shown a sample online form.
- Explain the purpose of each form element and state when it is appropriate to use it.
- Distinguish between checkboxes and radio buttons, giving a correct example of when to use each.
- Complete a simple paper-based mock online form using the correct form elements for the required information.
- Create a simple form design on paper that uses at least three different form elements appropriately.
