Learning Objectives

Indicator: B6.6.2.1.6 - Demonstrate how to return to a URL.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Explain what the back button does and when it is used to return to a previous URL.
  2. Demonstrate using the back button to return to a previously visited webpage.
  3. Use the forward button to move to a page after going back, and explain how it relates to the back button.
  4. Use the browser history to return to a URL that was visited earlier in a browsing session.
  5. State at least one reason why returning to a URL is important when browsing the internet.
