Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.6.2.1.4 - Recognise internet explorer speed keys.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define speed keys (keyboard shortcuts) in the context of a web browser.
- Identify at least four speed keys used in Internet Explorer and state what each one does.
- Use speed keys to open a new browser window or tab on a shared or personal computer.
- Apply speed keys to make font size bigger and smaller in a browser window.
- Demonstrate how to use speed keys to return to the home page and to refresh a page.
