Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.6.2.1.3 - Illustrate using help button.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Locate and identify the help button in a web browser (such as the question mark icon or “Help” menu) and explain its purpose.
- Use the help button to search for the steps involved in an unfamiliar browser activity.
- Follow the steps shown in the help section to complete a simple task they have not done before.
- Describe how the help button gives answers to questions about using the browser, without needing to ask a teacher or friend.
- Apply this self-directed approach to learning new tasks in other software, building a habit of exploring help sections first.
