By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the File menu and the Insert, Design, and Layout Ribbons on the MS-PowerPoint interface.
Demonstrate how to open the File menu to create, open, save, and print a presentation.
Use the Insert Ribbon to add a new slide and insert pictures into a slide.
Apply a theme to a presentation using the Design Ribbon.
Change the layout of a slide using the Layout command in the Slides group.
