Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.2.1.1.2 - Demonstrate how to use icons in the Text group in the Insert Ribbon.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the Text group icons in the Insert Ribbon of MS-PowerPoint and state the function of each one.
- Insert a text box into a blank slide and type text into it.
- Insert WordArt into a slide and apply a chosen style to it.
- Insert a header and footer into a slide, being able to distinguish between the two.
- Add a text box, WordArt, or header/footer to a short presentation slide, saving the work afterwards.
