Indicator: B6.1.3.1.7 - Demonstrate the use of the tools for collecting data.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least four common tools used for collecting data (case studies, interviews, checklists, questionnaires, observations).
- Explain the purpose of each data collection tool and when it is most appropriate to use it.
- Demonstrate how to use an interview checklist to collect data from a partner.
- Create a simple checklist for collecting data on a familiar topic.
- Compare tools for collecting data and justify which tool suits a given situation.
