Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.3.1.3.1 - Perform 10 minutes jogging with music.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Perform a continuous 10-minute jog at their own pace while maintaining a steady rhythm matched to music.
- Identify and communicate at least three signs or symptoms their bodies show during jogging, such as increased breathing rate, sweating, or faster heartbeat.
- Demonstrate proper jogging posture, including upright torso, relaxed shoulders, and steady arm swing, for the full duration of the activity.
- Recognise when to slow down or stop based on feelings of dizziness, extreme breathlessness, or chest discomfort, and report these to the teacher or peers.
- Explain in simple terms how regular jogging with music improves aerobic capacity and overall physical fitness.
