Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
Learners start with general and specific warm-ups. Group learners in pairs with a ball stand at appropriate distance apart facing each other. Learners perform throwing and catching ball below the waist and away from the body level as they move from one point to the other. Supervise them and give the feedback to improve their performance. Learners play handball, netball or basketball game. End the lesson with cool down.
