Learning Objectives

Indicator: B5.2.1.3.1 - Lire et comprendre un texte, sur les objets, les pièces les animaux, les fruits ; dire ce qui se passe

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Read a short French text about a house and identify the rooms, objects, animals and fruits mentioned in it.
Match adjectives such as grand, petit, beau, long, vert and éclairé to the correct nouns from the text.
Answer simple comprehension questions in French based on the text (qui, quoi, où, combien).
Say in French what is happening in the text (for example, “La fille joue dans la cuisine”, “Le chien dort dans la cour”).
Retell briefly in their own words (in simple French) what the text is about, using at least two adjectives correctly.
