Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.1.5.2.1 - Poser et réagir à des questions sur les liens de parenté d’une famille nucléaire
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Ask at least three questions about family relationships using the structures “Comment est ta famille ?”, “Tu as des… ?” and “Combien de… ?”
- Respond to questions about their nuclear family using accurate vocabulary for father, mother, brother, sister and the phrase “Nous sommes…”
- Count and state the number of people in their nuclear family using correct French numbers and the construction “Nous sommes cinq, six, sept…”
- Differentiate between “petite” and “large” when describing family size, and use “j’ai” correctly to state how many uncles and aunts they have
- Engage in a short question-and-answer exchange with a partner about nuclear family members, maintaining simple correct French structures
