By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Listen to a short spoken text in which someone is presented and identify the person’s first name (prénom).
Answer simple questions in French about the age and nationality of the person presented in the text.
Match key vocabulary heard in the presentation (prénom, âge, nationalité, ville) to their meanings.
Respond to true or false statements about a listening text with at least 80% accuracy.
Use the information heard to complete a simple identification card (carte d’identité) for the person presented.
