Indicator: B5.1.2.1.1 - Écouter et comprendre un dialogue entre deux personnes qui se présentent et identifier oralement les personnes
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Listen to a short dialogue in French where two people introduce themselves and identify key details such as names and greetings.
- Identify orally which person in the dialogue is speaking when given a statement from the dialogue.
- Respond orally to simple comprehension questions about the dialogue (who, what, where) in French or with short English answers supported by French phrases.
- Say their own name and greet someone in French using the phrases heard in the model dialogue, e.g., “Je m’appelle…” and “Enchanté(e).”
