Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.1.4.7.2
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify visual artworks that reflect the physical and social environments of African communities from a displayed collection
- Use agreed guidelines (theme, subject matter, media, techniques, elements and principles of design) to analyse at least one artwork dispassionately
- Present a verbal or written report as feedback on an artwork, stating what is good and what could be improved
- Suggest at least one modification to the artwork based on the appraisal findings
- Record the appraisal activity and share it through an approved digital platform (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook) with the class group
