Indicator: B5.7.1.1.1 - Identify some major health hazards associated with the use of ICT tools’ use.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Name at least four major health hazards linked to the use of ICT tools.
- Describe how wrist pain, neck pain, back pain and waist pain develop from poor ICT habits.
- Explain how sitting posture contributes to body pain when using computers or phones.
- Match specific ICT-related habits to the health problems they cause.
- Identify early warning signs of ICT-related health hazards in themselves and others.
