Learning Objectives

Indicator: B5.6.6.1.6 - Illustrate how to set disk space or cache usage.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Define cache and disk space in their own words and state why browsers use cache.
  2. Explain why limiting the disk space used by the cache is important for a device.
  3. Demonstrate the steps to set or adjust disk space for cache usage in a browser settings menu.
  4. Show where to find the cache settings in at least two different browsers.
  5. Create a simple poster or diagram showing the step-by-step process of setting cache disk space.
