Using Online Forms

Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.6.5.1.2 - Demonstrate working on or offline.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Distinguish between online forms (forms that require an internet connection) and offline forms (forms that can be completed without internet).
- Identify the parts of a typical form, including text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown menus, and submit buttons.
- Complete a paper-based or saved offline form (Word or PDF) by entering the required information correctly.
- Practise filling an online form in a simulated offline-to-online workflow, moving from downloaded form to submitted form.
- Explain situations where filling a form offline is more useful than filling it online, and vice versa.
