Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.6.4.1.3 - Demonstrate how to handle search results.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the different parts of a search results page, including the title, link (URL), and snippet.
- Distinguish between relevant and irrelevant search results based on the keywords used.
- Apply at least two strategies to refine search results, such as changing keywords or adding more words.
- Demonstrate how to open a search result in a new tab and navigate back to the results page.
- Practise safe handling of results by recognising and avoiding suspicious or unfamiliar links.
