Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.2.1.1.2 - Show a 5-slide presentation using of Insert, design, animation and transition of the ribbons studied.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the Insert, Design, Animation, and Transition ribbons on the Microsoft PowerPoint interface and state at least one function of each.
- Use the Insert ribbon to add a new slide, insert a picture, and insert a text box into a PowerPoint presentation.
- Apply a design theme from the Design ribbon to a presentation to make it colourful and attractive.
- Apply a single transition effect to each slide using the Transitions ribbon.
- Add an entrance animation to text or pictures using the Animations ribbon and run a 5-slide presentation on the topic “Myself”.
