Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.1.3.1.8 - Select the samples and collect data (e.g. listening to radio, newspaper, talking to people etc.)
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Explain what a sample is and why it is used when collecting data.
- Identify at least three different sources of data within the school environment.
- Select an appropriate sample of people to interview for a given question.
- Design a simple questionnaire with at least three clear questions.
- Collect data by interviewing selected people and record the responses accurately in a book or notebook.
