Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
Learners in pairs facing each other. The one working uses the other as a support with one hand while standing on one foot. Learner flexes the free leg and use the other hand to the ankle and pull it backward. Learners can also do the exercise using a wall or any firm support.Give learners corrective feedback as they practice for improvement. End the lesson with cool down.
