Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
Hold ball in the left hand. Place the left foot slightly forward in front of the body. Bend body slightly over the ball, pick a target, and swing the free right hand backward to contact the lower middle part of the ball (for right handed learners). When the partner is moving, the thrower would have to intensify the throw.
