Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
- Through role-play, learners ask questions such as: What is your name? How are you? Where do you live? - Guide learners to use appropriate pronunciation and intonation in asking and answering questions. e.g. What do you want? Where's your school? Note: A rising intonation for a question and a falling intonation for an answer.
