Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
Learners are to: - decide on the types and number of compositions to be performed during the event to reflect the history and culture of the people of Ghana based on the selected theme, time available and the expected audience; - assign individual and group tasks and responsibilities and ensure they are carried out successfully e.g. master of ceremony, ushering and introduction of special guests and other dignitaries to the show (e.g. explaining the concepts/title of the compositions, performances and the theme for the event, recording of comments and suggestions); - arrange the sequence of performances to best tell the story of the event from the beginning to the end; - follow the programme of the day for opening, performances and closing. NOTE: - prepare template for appreciating, appraising, evaluating and reporting, etc.; - clean the hall after the exhibition.
