Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
Learners start by going through warm-ups. Learners with balls to stand feet shoulder width apart. Learners hold the ball with two hand and move their hands with balls above the head. Learners slightly flex their knees and swing their hands to throw ball over the head as in soccer. Learners practice two hands chest throw and side throw as in basketball and netball, etc. cool down to end the lesson.
