Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
After warm-ups pick up a ball and stand shoulder width apart. Extent the arm with the ball above the head as you step forward with the opposite leg. Swing the extended arm forward to throw the ball over the hand. Learners practice the skill and give them feedback. Allow learners to progress at their pace. Organise mini handball game for learners to experience the skill in real-life situation. End the lesson with cool down.
