Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)

Learners go through warm up activities as usual. Stand at shoulder width apart with the foot opposite the striking hand slightly forward. Toss a ball up and wing the arm forward to strike the ball at the bottom upward. Follow the ball and strike it as it drops continuously until it drops. Guide learner s to practice at their own pace. Put them in mini-teams to play a game. End lesson to with cool down.
