Learning Objectives

Indicator: B2.5.7.1.2 - Use prepositions to form simple sentences to indicate position and time

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify prepositions that show position (in, on, under, behind, beside, near) in given sentences.
  2. Identify prepositions that show time (at, by, before, after, during) in given sentences.
  3. Use position prepositions to form their own simple sentences about objects and people in their surroundings.
  4. Use time prepositions to form their own simple sentences about daily activities and routines.
  5. Write a short passage of three to four sentences that includes at least two prepositions of position and two prepositions of time.
