Indicator: B2.1.1.1.1 - Interpret familiar songs

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  • Name at least three familiar songs from their own locality and say when each song is usually sung.
  • Sing one familiar local song with appropriate gestures and correct rhythm.
  • Explain the meaning of a familiar song in their own words, identifying its main message.
  • State at least one moral value or lesson taught by a familiar song.
  • Respond to questions about a song’s meaning and share their ideas with classmates.
