By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least five animals and five plants found in their locality from pictures, videos, or real objects
- Name animals and plants using their local names (e.g., Twi, Ewe, Ga, Dagbani, Hausa) and English names
- Contribute at least one local plant or animal name during think-pair-share activities
- Draw and colour one plant or one animal found in their locality
- Identify and name the plant or animal drawn by a peer during the peer comparison activity
