Learning Objectives

Indicator: B1.2.1.1.2 - Recite religious passages and sing religious songs.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify at least one religious passage or song from each of the three major religions in Ghana (Christianity, Islam, and Traditional religion).
  2. Recite The Lord’s Prayer and Psalm 23 from the Christian tradition with guidance.
  3. Recite Al-Fatihah from the Islamic tradition with guidance.
  4. Recite a traditional proverb, riddle, or sacred saying from Ghanaian traditional religion.
  5. Sing one religious song from each of the three major religions with appropriate respect and understanding.
