Learning Objectives
Indicator: B1.4.1.4.1 - Participate in enjoyable physical activities for increasing periods of time.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Name at least three physical activities they enjoy doing at school or at home.
- Explain in simple words why they enjoy those activities (e.g., it is fun, it makes them feel strong, they play with friends).
- Participate continuously in a chosen enjoyable physical activity for at least 8 to 10 minutes without stopping.
- Describe how they feel after playing or exercising for a longer time than usual (e.g., heart beats faster, sweating, feeling happy).
- Show willingness to try a new physical activity suggested by a friend or the teacher.
