After learners had warmed up, demonstrate how underarm throw pattern by standing shoulder width apart with ball. Swing the hand with the ball backward as you simultaneously step forward with the foot. Swing the hand forward and throw the ball with the palm facing forward. Guide learners to practice as individuals and in groups. Observe them practice and give feedback for corrective practice and motivation. Organise underarm throw for distance or target. Let learners cool down to end the lesson.
