By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Name at least five simple agricultural tools used by farmers in their community
Match each tool to the farming activity it is used for (e.g., cutlass for clearing, hoe for digging)
Identify simple agricultural tools from pictures and real objects
Draw at least two agricultural tools and label their main parts
Sort tools into groups based on their use on the farm

Learners look at pictures of simple agricultural tools or the real tools people use in the community to farm.
Tools such as cutlass, hoe, watering cans, hand trowels, spade can be used.
Draw some of the agricultural tools used in Ghana, e.g. cutlass, hoe, mattock, rake, hand fork, axe, watering can, etc.
