Learning Objectives

Indicator: B1.4.7.1.3 - Match parts of sentences to compose meaningful texts

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify sentence parts (who/what and what happens) from a jumbled collection.
  2. Match two or three sentence parts to form a complete, meaningful sentence.
  3. Rearrange a set of jumbled sentence parts to compose a short, coherent text of at least three sentences.
  4. Read their composed sentences aloud to the class with clarity and confidence.
  5. Listen to classmates’ sentences and give simple, kind feedback on whether the sentences make sense.
