Learning Objectives

Indicator: B1.4.1.1.2 - Model various objects of interest

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Fold, crumple, roll or shape paper to create a simple model of an object they know.
Name the object they have modelled and state what it is used for in a complete sentence.
Work in a group to choose an object and share the modelling tasks among members.
Describe the steps they followed to create their model, using words like “first”, “then” and “last”.
Show care for their finished model by handling it gently and displaying it tidily in the classroom.
