- Put learners in mixed-ability groups to visit a local industry where indigenous beverages are produced. Observe and document the processes involved in the production of indigenous beer/gin.
- In mixed groups, initiate a Talk For Learning approach to cross-share their presentations from the study trip to the local industry.
